What are Health Minutes?

Health Minutes, tracked in Stats, are active exercise you do each week.  Health experts at the CDC and WHO recommend 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity exercise (e.g. brisk walking, elliptical trainer, Pilates) or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity (running, boxing, cycling, HIIT).  To reach your goal, combine moderate and vigorous.  Each minute of moderate-intensity exercise counts as one Health Minute, and each minute of vigorous activity counts as two Health Minutes.
